Welcome to Hinest Care. By using our home and commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms before proceeding with any service booking.

Service Agreement

Hinest Care offers various residential and commercial cleaning services, including bathroom cleaning, sofa cleaning, kitchen cleaning, carpet cleaning, and office cleaning. By booking any service with us, you enter into a contract agreeing to these terms. Our services are available through our website, and once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Booking and Payments

All service bookings must be made through our website. Since we do not currently have an online payment gateway, customers must arrange payments directly with our team before or at the time of service. Any extra services requested during the appointment, which were not part of the initial booking, may incur additional charges, and payment for these will also need to be made on the spot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment by informing us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking amount will apply. Similarly, rescheduling within this timeframe will attract a rescheduling fee of 15%. To avoid these fees, we recommend notifying us well in advance of any changes.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the premises are safe and accessible at the time of the cleaning service. If our team is unable to access the property or if there are unsafe conditions, Hinest Care will not be responsible for missed appointments. Additionally, customers are required to inform the cleaning team of any fragile items, valuables, or specific areas to avoid. Hinest Care is not liable for damage to any undisclosed items or areas.

Service Quality Guarantee

Hinest Care is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will arrange for a re-clean of the area at no additional charge. However, this guarantee is only applicable if the dissatisfaction stems from realistic and reasonable expectations. Dissatisfaction due to improper or unrealistic service expectations is not covered under this guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

Hinest Care is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during or after the cleaning service. We recommend storing any valuables securely before the cleaning team arrives. Furthermore, we are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to our cleaning products unless prior notice of specific allergies was given, and alternative products were arranged.

Third-Party Contractors

In some cases, Hinest Care may use third-party contractors to perform cleaning services. These contractors are expected to meet our quality and safety standards. However, Hinest Care cannot be held responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the work of these third-party contractors, and customers are advised to raise concerns immediately should any arise.

Changes to Services

Hinest Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to service offerings, pricing, and operational hours. We will make updates available on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed of any changes.

Privacy and Confidentiality

At Hinest Care, we take your privacy seriously. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and service preferences to fulfill your booking. This information will not be shared with third parties unless required for service delivery or as mandated by law. As we do not use a payment gateway, no payment details are stored or processed through our website.

Force Majeure

Hinest Care shall not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, transportation disruptions, or government regulations. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the service at the earliest possible convenience.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. By booking with Hinest Care, you agree to comply with Indian legal regulations.

Amendments to Terms

Hinest Care reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated terms. Customers are advised to review these terms regularly.
